Shipping Information:
We will ship merchandise within 1-3 business days of when the order is received and payment funded, unless for whatever reason we are waiting on that product which we will notify you of those circumstances. Typically your merchandise will be delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your location. We primarily USPS but may ship either Fed X or UPS. Please advise us if you have a PO Box as the United States Postal Service does not deliver to physical addresses when a customer has a PO Box. In that case the product is shipped back to us, you then will be charged for the original shipping to you. In some cases merchandise will be shipped to you with your signature required. If you are unavailable the parcel will be held by USPS for 15 days. If you don't pick it up at USPS office within that time then the parcel will be sent back. In this situation you will be charged for the original shipping to you as this is not our responsibility and the free shipping is void. Our responsibility is confirmation that you have received the merchandise. Also, USPS delivers to the address stated. USPS knows when, time, etc., that the carrier has delivered. Once merchandise is delivered to your address it your responsibility for security. If your address is not secure, that is not our responsibility. PO Boxes may be an option to consider then.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If the wrong item was sent or was defective we will replace it. If you don't want a replacement then the original shipping to you will be subtracted from the refund amount as we did our best to resolve the situation. If the wrong part was ordered by you we will accept the return but you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you as well as shipping back to us. In these situations please contact us for return, replacement or cancellation. If we are given the incorrect address your order was shipped then returned to us, this is the customers responsibility to pay the original shipping charge as well as the new shipping charge.
Cancellations: Once your order is placed please contact us by phone to cancel otherwise the order will be shipped. Once we have shipped the order it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or refused. In those situations the customer agrees to pay the original shipping charges to and then back to us. We again offer free shipping but if for any reason you cancel the order, send it back, do not sign for it, etc., we then charge shipping costs to you for reimbursement to us as well as potential restocking & handling fees at our discretion.
Refunds: 10% restocking & handling fee for all returns unless the return is because of defects, wrong item sent. Credit will be performed within 2 business days after we have received the merchandise and is inspected for acceptable return condition. If the item is damaged in shipping that becomes a situation between the customer and the shipping company. If you have a issue with usps, ups, fedex again that becomes an issue between you and them. Unfortunately, we have done our part and this becomes a situation you have to address.
BRANDS: Most merchandise may state whether or not the merchandise is the original manufacturer's brand or made by another manufacturer. Other manufacturer's we use such as Envirocare, Dustcare, Cleveland Wood and a few others are of same quality or in most cases these days, a higher quality.

We are located between Fred Meyer and Hwy 213 facing Beavercreek road. Directions: 205-Exit 10-Hwy 213-Right (West) on Beavercreek Road, left on Fir, left at the 2nd driveway, straight back, then left to our front parking lot. Second to the last space down.
